How the Virtual Run Works

1. Register

Sign up for the event and receive your official participation confirmation.

2. Choose Your Location

Run or walk wherever you feel inspired—road, park, trail, track, or treadmill.

3. Complete the Distance

Accumulate 5K total anytime during the event period.

4. Track Your Activity

Use any fitness tracking app, including (but not limited to):

Strava

Nike Run Club

Garmin

Fitbit

Apple Fitness

Samsung Health

5. Capture Proof

Take clear screenshots showing:

Time or activity summary

6. Submit Your Proof

Send your screenshots via WhatsApp for verification.
