The innovative Chef Brigette Joseph stars in this lunch that pays homage to her 20 years in the industry.

Brigette will choose the best local produce and put her own spin on goat – from milk to meat.

The Goatober Dinner

A sultry evening of Caribbean Chic and culinary excellence.

Top Chef runner-up Chef Nina Compton from St Lucia brings flavours from her New Orleans restaurant Compere Lapin and along with Trini trailblaser Chef Debbie Sardinha and Chef Brigette Joseph combine for this four-course delight which includes drinks specially crafted for the event.

TIME: 6pm - 10pm

The dinner will be served in four separate seatings -

6pm, 6.45pm, 7.30pm and 8.15pm 

This is to facilitate logistics for serving dinner, it doesn't mean that you have to eat everything in 45 minutes. You'll have time to enjoy your meal, drinks and company. 

Patrons are asked to note the times and arrive punctually for a smooth experience.
