Hockey 5s World Cup Qualifiers

The Hockey 5s World Cup Qualifiers are set to take place from June 4 to June 11, 2023, in Kingston, Jamaica. The tournament will feature 18 teams from 11 countries competing for a spot in the 2024 Hockey 5s World Cup in Oman.

The Hockey 5s format is a fast-paced version of field hockey, played on a smaller pitch and with five players on each team. The game is known for its high-scoring matches, exciting play, and quick transitions, making it a popular format of the sport. 

The 2023 Hockey 5s World Cup Qualifier is set to be an exciting and competitive event, with some of the best teams from the Americas vying for a chance to compete on the global stage in Oman next year. The participating teams includes: Jamaica, Guatemala, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, USA, Paraguay, El Salvador, Uruguay, Brazil and Puerto Rico
