PORT OF CALL·MORUGA is an intimate Carnival weekend gathering celebrating Trinidadian creativity, culture, and community, staged inside the National Cocoa and Chocolate Museum in Moruga.
Hosted by SAGABOI, this special Carnival Brunch brings together fashion, art, food, and music in one immersive experience, rooted in Moruga’s history, spirit, and creative energy.

CARNIVAL BRUNCH EXPERIENCE:

Guests will be seated and served a tasting-style brunch menu, presented as refined plated courses.
The menu will offer a thoughtful taste of Moruga-inspired cuisine and mixology, celebrating local ingredients, traditions, and flavours. Expect elevated bites rather than heavy plates, designed to be enjoyed slowly, socially, and joyfully.
Drinks will include curated local selections, and Carnival-ready pours.
