Rudy Rudy BBQ NYC returns on Sunday July 11th 2021!

Tickets:  

You can purchase through one of our committee members, using the Island E-tickets platform.  

You must be 21 years of age or older to enter.  ID is required.

We understand that circumstances may arise resulting in someone being unable to attend.  For the purpose of ticket substitutions, please note that females may enter using a male ticket type however a male may not enter the event using a female ticket type.

Food:

Our Food-inclusive event has always delighted your palates and this year will be no different! Our BBQ-inspired menu with all the trimmings and a little extra culinary seduction will excite your taste buds...

We love us some bubbly.. complimentary Champagne and Mimosas will be served at the event between 12:00pm-1:30pm.

A full cash bar and bottle sales are available at the event. Pre-ordering of bottles is also available at reduced prices. Please contact a committee member for more details on pre-ordering.

Refunds:

Tickets for this event are Non-refundable.

Covid-19 Safety:

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY!

• Proof of your Covid-19 vaccination OR a negative Covid-19 test are required for entry.
• For vaccination patrons, you must be fully vaccinated* to enter the event.
• A negative PCR, Rapid PCR or Rapid Antigen test result taken no more than 3 days prior to the event will be accepted as proof of a Covid-19 test.

Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance and all patrons will be required to sanitize their hands before entry. Masks must be worn on entry.

It is highly recommended that all in your crew arrive and enter at the same time.    

It is encouraged that masks be worn at ALL times by those unvaccinated patrons while traversing the event e.g. going to the bar or restrooms.

* For the purposes of this guidance, as per the CDC- people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 2 weeks or more after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or 2 weeks or more after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen).
