One admission price applies regardless of arrival time. Online purchases attract an 8% Island E‑Tickets service fee.

Guests may also pay by cash or debit/credit card at the Lounge, subject to capacity.

REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Strictly 21+. Registration, acceptance of all mandatory declarations, in-person identity validation and a valid URN are required.

A ticket does not complete registration, guarantee admission or replace any admission requirement.

Pending validation? Bring a valid National ID card, Driver’s Permit/Driver’s Licence or Passport.

ARRIVAL, DRESS AND STORAGE

Arrive dressed normally. Changing facilities and secure storage for clothing, phones and personal belongings are provided.

Clothing is permitted in designated Lounge and social areas. Playroom entry requires underwear or nudity.

PRIVACY AND CONSENT

Photography and recording are prohibited. Phones must be used only where and when permitted by staff and stored before playroom access.

Participation is always optional. Entering any space never implies consent.
