This exclusive food and music pairing, features Trinidad and Tobago’s very own Chef G, who will be preparing a special menu of 4 deliciously prepared small plates, curated to your favourite songs from Michael Jackson’s iconic album, ‘Thriller’, and Prince’s iconic album ‘Purple Rain’, both of which will be played on vinyl record.

During the food and music pairing, Chef G will be giving us some insight into his preparation process, what inspired these dishes and his choice of ingredients.
