No footwear is to be worn on yacht. A container would be provided to secure same
Ice and water would be provided, along with use of onboard cooler, blue tooth music system, noodles, floaties and life vests.
Only if the captain deems it unsafe sail would the cruise be considered cancel and a refund be possible.
