XXIV Carat Safe Circle
Date:Wednesday, November 11, 2026
Time: 5:27 PM – 7:27 PM
Venue: The Burg Vintage Shop, 138 Roberts Street, Woodbrook
Cost: Free. Limited to 12 people.
What it is
A monthly peer support circle where a small group sits together, takes turns sharing, and listens. It is hosted by SheniceMariah, who has lived experience with CPTSD. It is not therapy, and the host is not a licensed professional.
What happens
Each person shares one truth and one intention. Then we do an open circle with optional prompt questions, and finish with one thing each person is taking home. You can pass at any point.
Ground rules
What's shared stays in the room. One person speaks at a time. No unsolicited advice.
Please note
Arrive by 5:15 PM. If you can't come, release your ticket so someone else can have the seat.
