Next Gen International Academy Cup

The Next Generation International Academy Cup (NIAC) is a premier youth academy football tournament where emerging elite football talents are on showcase whilst playing competitive 11 v 11. The event is a blend of international football, live entertainment, family games, raffle and food galore all weekend. Starting from 13th – 15th March 2026, at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, Tobago.

Football fans will witness live, the energy of England’s precision, Brazil’s flair, Sweden’s discipline, the USA’s intensity, and the Caribbean’s cool spirit — all colliding under the Tobago sun. Ten academies from around the world will battle it out in a round robin format, across two age groups: BU-16s and BU-20s. There will be lots of games for fans to get involved, kids zone, food market, live entertainment, DJ and a list of artistes, including Juby, Sa Surreal and more. 

This is a total football festivity, blending – sports, tourism, culture, social exchange and cuisines, where young players get the opportunity to make international friends, experience different playing styles and represent their country or club on a global stage.
