About the Experience

Rise & Connect is a feel-good wellness day designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others — while having fun doing it.

Throughout the day, guests will move through a mix of 6 wellness workshops and activities, choosing the experiences that call them.

Expect a day of creativity, movement, reflection, expression, conversation and connection, followed by a curated music experience where we come together to move, dance and let go.
