All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable. In the event that the Event Producer / Event Promoter are forced to change the date, time, and location of the event, every effort will be made by VICE CITY NIGHTLIFE to notify all guests with confirmed reservation. Clients acknowledge and agree that in the event of date, time, and location change, any expenses, including but not limited to, ticket purchases and reservations are non-refundable. Purchases and reservations will be transferred to the new reservation or credited for future event reservations.
